Corpul nu este rebel \u2014 este sincer. Forme frecvente de <a href=\"https:\/\/elenapap.com\/en\/dificultati-emotionale-si-de-dezvoltare\/probleme-de-dinamica-sexuala-cu-cauza-psihogena-disfunctie-sexuala\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"668\">disfunc\u021bie sexual\u0103 psihogen\u0103<\/a><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disfunc\u021biile sexuale psihogene apar at\u00e2t la femei, c\u00e2t \u0219i la b\u0103rba\u021bi, \u0219i pot afecta oricare dintre fazele r\u0103spunsului sexual: dorin\u021ba, excitarea, orgasmul sau satisfac\u021bia general\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La femei<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dorin\u021ba sexual\u0103 hipoactiv\u0103 (HSDD): <\/strong>Absen\u021ba sau reducerea semnificativ\u0103 a dorin\u021bei sexuale, adesea f\u0103r\u0103 o cauz\u0103 hormonal\u0103 clar\u0103. Adesea asociat\u0103 cu anxietate, imaginea negativ\u0103 a corpului sau cu rela\u021bii \u00een care siguran\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103 lipse\u0219te.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vaginismul: <\/strong>Contrac\u021bii involuntare ale musculaturii vaginale care fac penetrarea dureroas\u0103 sau imposibil\u0103. Vaginismul este aproape \u00eentotdeauna de cauz\u0103 psihogen\u0103 \u2014 anxietate, traume sexuale, convingeri religioase rigide despre sex, sau experien\u021be anterioare dureroase. R\u0103spunde excelent la terapie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vulvodinia \/ dispareunie psihogen\u0103: <\/strong>Durere vulvar\u0103 cronic\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 cauz\u0103 organic\u0103 identificabil\u0103, care apare la contact sau spontan. Frecvent asociat\u0103 cu ru\u0219ine, autoobservare anxioas\u0103 \u00een timpul actului sexual \u0219i dificult\u0103\u021bi de abandon emo\u021bional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La b\u0103rba\u021bi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Disfunc\u021bia erectil\u0103 psihogen\u0103: <\/strong>Dificultatea de a ob\u021bine sau men\u021bine erec\u021bia, \u00een absen\u021ba cauzelor vasculare, neurologice sau hormonale. Ce se afl\u0103 \u00een spatele disfunc\u021biei \u2014 cauzele psihologice principale<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu exist\u0103 o singur\u0103 cauz\u0103 psihologic\u0103. \u00cen practic\u0103, disfunc\u021biile sexuale psihogene sunt aproape \u00eentotdeauna multifactoriale \u2014 mai mul\u021bi factori se suprapun \u0219i se amplific\u0103 reciproc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Performance anxiety: <\/strong>Un singur episod de dificultate \u2014 o erec\u021bie pierdut\u0103, un act dureros, o situa\u021bie st\u00e2njenitoare \u2014 poate genera o team\u0103 anticipatorie care se auto\u00eempline\u0219te. La urm\u0103toarea \u00eent\u00e2lnire sexual\u0103, persoana nu mai este prezent\u0103 \u2014 este un observator anxios al propriului corp, \u0219i aceast\u0103 suprasupraveghere blocheaz\u0103 r\u0103spunsul spontan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trauma sexual\u0103: <\/strong>Abuzul sexual, violul, h\u0103r\u021buirea sau experien\u021bele sexuale timpurii traumatizante pot l\u0103sa amprente profunde asupra r\u0103spunsului sexual. Dac\u0103 tu sau cuplul vostru trece prin asta<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eM\u0103 simt rupt de propria mea dorin\u021b\u0103. \u0218tiu c\u0103 \u00eel iubesc. \u0218tiu c\u0103 \u00eel doresc, undeva, la nivel ra\u021bional. Dar ru\u0219inea este \u0219i principalul obstacol \u00een calea vindec\u0103rii. Ea men\u021bine problema \u00een t\u0103cere \u0219i \u00een \u00eentuneric, acolo unde cre\u0219te cel mai bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00e2teva lucruri esen\u021biale de \u00een\u021beles, indiferent de forma disfunc\u021biei:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O disfunc\u021bie sexual\u0103 psihogen\u0103 nu spune nimic despre c\u00e2t de mult \u00ee\u021bi iube\u0219ti sau \u00ee\u021bi dore\u0219ti partenerul. Spune ceva despre starea sistemului t\u0103u nervos, despre istoria ta \u0219i despre contextul \u00een care tr\u0103ie\u0219ti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitarea nu rezolv\u0103 \u2014 agraveaz\u0103. Cu c\u00e2t am\u00e2ni mai mult s\u0103 abordezi problema, cu at\u00e2t anxietatea de performan\u021b\u0103 devine mai puternic\u0103 \u0219i distan\u021ba din cuplu mai mare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partenerul t\u0103u sufer\u0103 \u0219i el sau ea \u2014 adesea \u00een t\u0103cere, adesea interpret\u00e2nd absen\u021ba r\u0103spunsului t\u0103u ca respingere personal\u0103. Comunicarea deschis\u0103, chiar \u00eenainte de terapie, poate schimba dramatic dinamica dintre voi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nu e\u0219ti defect sau defect\u0103. Iat\u0103 abord\u0103rile cu cea mai solid\u0103 baz\u0103 de dovezi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terapia sex-cognitiv-comportamental\u0103 (Sex Therapy \/ CBT)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modelul Masters \u0219i Johnson, rafinat ulterior de Kaplan \u0219i al\u021bii, r\u0103m\u00e2ne fundamentul interven\u021biilor structurate pentru disfunc\u021biile sexuale. Ce po\u021bi face \u00eenainte sau \u00een paralel cu terapia<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00e2teva schimb\u0103ri de perspectiv\u0103 \u0219i de comportament care pot face diferen\u021ba:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Decupleaz\u0103 sexul de performan\u021b\u0103: <\/strong>Elimin\u0103 presiunea actului sexual ca scop.
